Delivery Terms

We have Free Shipping anywhere in UK on all orders. International destinations normally don´t qualify for free shipping, but shipping cost is clearly calculated for you on our website when checking out. For UK orders under our free shipping policy we normally ship with Royal Mail, which takes 1-2 days. The package almost always arrives within this timeframe but if your package is running later than expected please do contact us on hello@mavenfargo.com or telephone +44 (0) 7775 964 101. For urgent deliveries, we can use courier services such as ParcelForce or DHL, but this will be at cost will not qualify for free UK shipping.

Orders are normally shipped the same day an order is made during the week between the hours of 9.00 am – 5.00 pm GMT. Orders placed after this time during the week or on weekends, will normally ship the next business day.

Shipping Speed - Shipping Speed is how quickly the postal carrier delivers your package across the country locally or internationally. International Packages may take longer due to custom checks.

In all instances, you will receive an email confirming the date and time your order ships and expected delivery date.
